Getting an immediate “sorry something went wrong” system error message when attempting a file attachment, making me think this isn’t an FTP server issue. I’m using our own file server for file hosting (not Basecamp’s internal storage), but I’m logging into the server directly without issue.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Me too – I was just going to post. I’m not using our FTP so looks like a BC issue.

Ditto. File uploads have stopped working and return an error.
