I have dozens of projects in my BaseCamp account, each with their own milestones. When I go to the home page, it shows upcoming events for all projects. I want an iCal to this.

So far, all I see are iCals for each project. This would literally kill me to manage subscriptions to all of these! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you want is the Global RSS feed or iCal link. Go to your Dashboard page, then scroll down to the bottom. There are two links there and even an help link to explain what will happen. We have > 50 projects, and it is the best way to track all concurrently for us.
