Just started to use BaseCamp—looks like a promising and effective tool, however, I’d like to know if you can hide all email addresses confidential and removed from public view from everyone but the Admin Controller?

The reason is we may use an outsource freelancer, and we can’t have their email address (which will undoubtedly be at THEIR company name) visible for our client to see. Outsourcing is a sensitive area and not one we want to broadcast.

Can anyone help?

I have been using basecamp for a while and the only way I can think that you could do this would be to set up an email address in your domain and forward the emails to their email address outside of the system.

Sorry, best I can offer, maybe someone else has an idea.
