I am having trouble figuring out how to send multiple e-mail notifications to people working on a project. We need our supervisor, and the person working on the project to recieve e-mails before the project runs, and the only way I can see doing this is by creating multiple milestones. Any tips?

Creating email groups on your email server so that the email sent to that group will be sent to all inclosed emails.

I agree with the posted message on July 29. It would be nice to create email groups in Basecamp so that multiple people within a department could be notified at once. This would save time for users in larger organizations where a user wants to send an email notification to everyone in marketing without searching for particular names.

So, how do you go about creating an email group on your server? We have the same problem as candicen, need an email to go to multiple people. I know how to create a ‘mailing list’ of sorts on entourage, but not a group on the server?
