I have scoured posts from all categories, clicked through my primary Dashboard options, but can’t seem to find any information related to the following:

I’d like to send a mass email to ALL my users from ALL my projects.

It seems that I can only mass-email project teams, and yet because most people are named to multiple projects, one individual may get 35 duplicate emails.

Any suggestions out there?

Save the source of your People page as html and use some kind of script to harvest the emails out of it, and put them in an email.
