Timetracking interface is neglected

This tab needs some more love. 1. When you edit a report, the people dropdown resets – couldn’t it remember who was previously selected? 2. If there were ‘Previous day’ and ‘Next day’ buttons for the current report (or previous/next week or whatever time period was currently selected) that would also save a lot of time 3. Ability to sort reports by date/project/hours/description would be nice 4. Oh, and what about a page from which you could add time to any project/to-do item. Kind of like an HTML version of the Sundial widget (which no longer works for us for some reason). It takes a lot of time navigating between projects if you need to add an hour or two to several at once :) That’s all. Thanks. |

I’d like to second this request. Or will somebody please get Sundial to be stable and working again? |

I second the motion. We’ve been using basecamp for a couple of yrs now and the biggest gripe I have is not being able to report by Todo list. Currently, when I need to do this, I have to manually append the name of the todo list to each todo item. This would be a BIG WIN for basecamp. Note: also onto Highrise now and loving it. Keep up the good work guys! |

I was thinking about #4. If someone built an HTML page using the Basecamp API, or if 37signals added it to the Time tab (please!) you could add it your OS X Dashboard using the Web Clip widget – bingo – instant Sundial replacement! |
