We use the To Do lists as an ordered sequence of actions required to complete a core requirement of a project. I’d imagine that this is how most people use To Dos.

It would be a great feature for the topmost To Do in any list to be highlighted in some way when presented in the global To Do reports. Nothing over the top, perhaps just made bold or with some kind of indicator that shows it is the “next action” on the list.

This would make each persons To Do reports much richer in its functionality as it provides a key to ensuring the dependent actions are done to keep the flow of work on track.

I’d be keen to hear thoughts from others about wether this would be useful or not.
