More then 5 last projects in overview

We have over a 100 projects. There are only 5 project changes you see in the overview. Can’t there be more or that we decide how much we can see? Any votes on this? |

JPB, There is a good greasemonkey script to collapse your project view which we use to great effect. It has been suggested elsewhere that having an ‘unread’ indicator of some sort next to a project’s name in the right panel would be a good idea as it would show where activity has taken place. Big +1 for this if possible. I imagine it could use the same technology as the message list view but then I don’t know anything about coding!! |

Thank you richallum, I believe you made a lot of people happy in my company with that script. However I will have to wait before my need gets solved….. :-( |

I know that 37s has talked about the Dashboard being a pretty intensive place on their server loads, thus why many of their design decisions have stuck for so long on that page. And when it comes to performance I can’t disagree with their decisions. However, I think you may have stumbled on a nice modification that may not impact that page as much. If each project could have an “UPDATED” or other flag, that might kill two birds. But then again, I know that they often work on things behind the scenes that are far superior to our suggestions. Great idea though. |

If it is optional how many companies you can see on the page, most people will stick with the 5 projects so the impact of 10 projects would not be so big. I always find that it is the project that is not on the list that is the one that I want. |

The above script is great if you are a Firefox user, but most of our company uses IE7. Any options for the rest of the world? |
