There is an option in the dashboard to view to dos for individuals, our company or anyone. There is no option to view ALL to dos. Is this possible or will it have to be a new feature.

Is it also possible to see to do lists for other companies we have included?

I have the same problem. When I choose, “Anyone,” for Milestones, it shows me all Milestones for all people, just like I want it. Why doesn’t this work the same way for To-Do Lists?

I would like to see “Everyone” added to the list, “Pick Someone Else:”.

When “Everyone is selected Basecamp Dashboard would display the To-Dos for everyone (across all projects), listing there name next to the To-Do, like Basecamp does when you are viewing the To-Do list within a project.

1. Change “Anyone” to “Unassigned”. “Anyone” is a person that exists in all Bascamp projects and is treated throughout the software as a person.. Changing the label from “Anyone” to “Unassigned” would be an improvement. In the current implemenation, assigning To-Dos to “Anyone” causes the task to fall off the Dashboard. Using “Unassigned” will allow user to enter a To-Do without knowing who will complete the task. Treat “Unassigned” consistantly through the Dashboard To-Dos and Project To-Dos.
2. Add “Everyone” to lists of People. When displaying To-Do lists, selecting “Everyone” will display all the To-Dos, with people names displayed next to the description. Use this concept consistantly on the Project To-Dos and Dashboard To-Dos. When assigning a task, selecting “Everyone” will aassign the task to everyone in the project (is this is too big a change, leave it for future versions).

I would just like to add a “Me Too” to this one. I manange multiple people across multiple projects and it would be great to see what’s incomplete across the board without having to visit each individual project.

High priority here – simple to implement?
