Admin Status & Time Tracking

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but it seems like the Time Tracking feature offers only two states: 1) Admins can do anything, add time, adjust previous entries, edit anyone’s hours at any time, etc., and 2) Non-Admins can do nothing except view times already entered by someone else—they cannot even enter their own time, even if they’re part of the owner company. Seems like it would be really useful to have a third state, where people who are non-admins with private status can at least enter their own time. Would be great if this were ‘editable’ for 15 minutes or something, but then locked so non-Admins can’t go back and enter times on past days or edit previously entered hours. Am I just blindly missing this function? (Previously everyone at my firm was an admin but thinking of changing that, but I need people to be able to enter their own time). |

Non-Admins can enter time just the same as admins. |

Everyone in your company, regardless of Admin status, can enter, edit and delete not only their own time records but everyone else’s as well. |

Hmm, I set up a test user to try this and doesn’t work—wierd. The non-admin can just see time but can’t do anything. |
