The question applies to a paid account. The ONLY folders we need to use are the Messages and Files section. We have other applications we are happy with to manage tasks etc. so I don’t want Clients to see those sections. Is it possible to turn unused sections off?

From a little testing with the free account, unless I am incorrect, as long as we don’t post anything in the to-do or milestones sections, other users with limited privileges do not see them, correct?

David, that is correct.

If you aren’t using a category just delete it. If you need it later just add it again.
