As demonstrated by the Admins of this Forum, sometimes it’s time to lock and close a particular thread. As we come close to wrapping a particularly complex project that still has multiple threads going it would be great to have this functionality in the Messages section—specifically, the ability (for an Admin) to “close” a message thread and lock it. Then I could easily direct all comments into 1 or 2 new Messages tallying final project content notes and punchlist items.

Completely agree with you Tom.

Along with the ability to make some notes “sticky”, locking off a message is critical for us as we completed each phase of a project.

Some of our clients have a habit of going back to the same message and commenting as a way of communicating with us.
Which gets very tedious, very quickly.
