Is it possible to associate a message to a to-do item?

We break milestones down into to-do items and it makes sense for us to associate certain messages to these items. It would allow us to click to the item from the message and mark completed.

Also – how are messages archived or displayed? We’re up to 22 messages for a project and the page is getting quite long.

Select the list view for messages which slims down the page. Also try using categories which also helps the navigation process.

The only way would be to link to the specific to do item. I recommend just associating the message with the “parent” milestone and putting the the “child” todo in the topic.

I would appreciate this too, as most of the messages break down to several to-dos it would be great to have an option “create to-do for this message”.
linking is another thing you’ll have to think of everytime …
