I’m surprised this isn’t already up there, but small nonprofits like the one I’m with would benefit a lot from a Highrise that also tracked donations and payments (merchandise, events, etc) for each person, company, project and case. We’re all paying way too much money or spending too much time configuring and updating the existing databases that try to do what you’ve created with Highrise integrated with donation/payment tracking (Raisers Edge, ebase, etc). This would involve having to also track solicitation letters and e-mails (if any) and acknowledgments. You could partner with paypal, getactive, or other popular donation processing systems to flow that info into Highrise automatically, particularly since otherwise we’d have to manually track recurring monthly donations if people give that way.
