Is there a way to keep myself as the owner of our account, but have our billing manager take care of the financial side? It looks like I have to hand over the whole ball of wax, and I don’t want to give up ownership.

Right now the account owner is the only person who can deal with billing (invoices, changes, etc), but we’ll keep your suggestion to split the responsibilities in mind.
