Add New User to All Projects

Joined my company today and I’m trying to find a way we can add me to all existing projects. Is it possible? Earle |

Yes. People Tab > edit “Earle” > “Grant Access to all projects” button on RHS panel |

was this removed with the upgraded interface a couple weeks ago? i cannot find it. if i add a new person, there is an option that states:
However I cannot find where to “change this setting at any time” on an existing person. I am the account holder. |

This was not removed, it’s still in the same place it’s always been. The account owner remains the only person who can see it. You need to make sure you are clicking the People tab from the Dashboard. It’s not there if you click the People tab inside a project. And it only works for people in your own company. |

Ooh… they’re in a different company, that’s why. Thanks. Odd that it shows up as an option when adding a new person to a company that’s not your own. |

Yes, why is that? We have a client company with different project managers for different projects. It would be very good to have all these people default to “off” and check “on” only those who actually do need to see the particular project. Right now, I have to uncheck 8 or 9 boxes every time I open a new project! |

We’ve found that if you add the client company after creating the project, you can then add the required people one by one. Assigning the client company when creating the project adds all of the company contacts to the project. |
