I’m interested in specific examples of To-Do List Templates if anyone can share.

There are a couple in the documentation but I’m looking for more design and development related examples.

Other industries would be interesting also.

It’s a to do list template maker… not really specific examples, but maybe the generic design they use can help… not sure. It seems like you’re looking for a template idea to make you own, is that right?

I’ve made two so far:

Requirements Gathering Template What is the scope of the project? Why was this training requested? (to save money, address performance issue…) When is the training expected to be completed or delivered? Who are the SMEs?

Project Initiation

Kick off meeting Organize stake holders, and project participants. Get agreement on the scope of the project, major milestones, goals and responsibilities. requirements gathering, goals, time and resource limits, etc. project plan: work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, critical path analysis notify help desk and people center of launch date

I use the Project Initiation as a good check list to start with on all project. We do training mostly, so I’m going to make some to do lists tailored to just training projects.
