It seems to they are primarily useful for instructions, policies, etc. that people need to see but will not change often. What do you all use them for? Is the primary advantage over uploading files that they are displayed rather than downloaded?

The primary advantage over simply uploading a text file is that Writeboards are versioned. You can see who changed what, when, and compare revisions.

We use them to develop content for profiles, websites, campaigns etc. Excellent for collaborating with a group of people.

They’re also useful for drafting letters to customers and suppliers where you want input from various people.
