Confidentiality Agreements sent before person invited

Ok here is the scoop:

BEFORE I even invite anyone to the project I MUST send them this confidentiality agrement in an email…the email starts with:

I am working on a project and would be interested in any feedback, but I am just in planning stage so everyone involved is quiet about it…I tried to find your IM but couldn’t…hit me here for IM address if u have a question. Return this email with bottom filled and I will get you logged on to projectpath.com (like I said, only a handful of friends and family now know and I am opening up talks with a few trusted blogging friends).

Confidentiality Agreement

It is understood and agreed to that the below discloser of….blah blah blah

They MUST return the email to me in order to get access to the project.

HERES MY QUESTION:
Isn’t there a way I could include this document in my letter invitation to them and by logging in with the password I have provided for them, they are agreeing to the above confidentiality agreement??? It would be so much easier.

???

Put in your own email address at first and have the invite sent to you…then change it to their email address, and sent them your own invite with your own text.
