I am brand new at this. So no snickering… A few days ago I read a post that told how to make a Button by using the [ ] brackets. I copied the example and was successful with the word update i.e. [UPDATE] and achieved a cool little green button. How come it seems to only work with the word Update? I tried several other words without success… thanks

It’s just a call to an image with that particular file..it’s not something that can be done with any other word.

What would be cool is if basecamp had a feature like the forums which automatically highlighted things that had new information since you last looked at it.

Wouldn’t that be the dashboard, overview and message/comment indicators or do you mean something else?
