How can I get an image to appear in my writeboard?

First, I added an file called workflow.jpg,

then I referenced it in my whiteboard like this:

The image did not appear!!

The URL you referenced in the example was “http://projname.projectpath.com/workflow” which isn’t an image file. It’s hard for us to troubleshoot based on an example file that isn’t an image. try inserting this image file in your document and see what happens:

Hi,

I got the image to show, however, how do I put my own picture in the writeboard?

It would be nice if I could just upload it like I do in campfire. However, since I can’t do that, I uploaded a file to my “files” area and then copied a huge link that looks like this:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/basec/617304/1099218/expertiseFinderWorkFlow.JPG?AWSAccessKeyId=1RF809NDDCNB7616HJ02&Expires=1183987764&Signature=wcKfhcWD0Z0o1r8%2FWEhBCkNIcI4%3D

Is there a better way to reference a file? I’m not sure this link will work perminately.

Once you upload your file, just right-click it in the Files section, and then Copy the Link. By pasting that, you should be able to include an image in your Writeboard. Plus, if you want the image to appear within the text, be sure to put ! on each side of the link. <—that’s textile for showing images. Good luck!
