Is it possible to email a todo for a specific list? So Home versus Work, when I email a todo it just dumps it all together. I’ve looked and can’t seem to find anything that tells me this is possible or impossible.

You can only email items to the first list on the page.

the way i’ve gotten around this is I simply have one page that acts as a email collector, so i’ll send list items, emails etc to it and then move the items to whatever page they belong to, i will also add context to the item itself with things like [Work], [Home] etc

In addition to the problem the OP described, you will run into the age-old problem of not being able to move single list items to the page where they should end up.

I might add that it would also be nice if we could add a complete list (with a new name) by email. The way things are now, multiple items will also be added to the first list on the page.

oh it’s certainly not better, but it works for me given the constraints that are in place.

How do you move a list from one page to another?

JJ, you can move the entire list (or any other page item) to a page listed in the sidebar. Then you can click on that page to move the item where you need it.
