Can't view who a task is assigned to

This seems like a bug, so I’m posting it here. I can’t imagine it’s functioning as designed. First, create a task and assign it to someone else. It shows up, clearly marked as for that other person and not you. Now, take a look at a contact record that has some tasks assigned to it. If someone else created a task for themselves, but made it viewable by everyone, I can’t see that the task is assigned to them – it looks like something I need to do! The only way I can see the task assignment is by editing the record and looking at who’s supposed to do it. Is this how it’s supposed to work? Because it’s very confusing. |
