If you look at the “Person’s History” section of the Highrise tour, you will see a part of the screenshot titled “Background”. I can’t find a field in a Highrise contact labeled Background. I presume this was a since-deleted feature that accidentally made it into the screenshot.

“Background” is “About” in the sidebar.
