The Basecamp and Highrise customer forums have been updated to allow a single username to be used for both forums, and to prevent you from having to login separately to each. As a part of this update, all Highrise forum accounts have been merged with the Basecamp forum user accounts. This merge required some usernames to change.

If you are having trouble logging into the Highrise or Basecamp forum, please click the reset password button on the Login page. It will send your username and a link to create a new password to your registered email address.

Looks like the Edit Post link is broken…it just seems to sit there with a bouncing dot…?

Unfortunately, I just discovered that the forum archive is currently broken (MySQL error).

Take a look at your RSS on the Basecamp forum. It is titled “Highrise recent posts”. (unless of course we are closer to integration than I would have guessed)

I seem to remember 3 or 4 which prompted ny post but have only found 2 follwoing a quick scan:

I think this is probably a matter of people accidentally being on the Basecamp forum when they intended to be on the Highrise forum since they look so similar, but we’ll keep an eye on things. Thanks for the report.
