Report on Time Tracking

We have multiple projects under our company. Each project is a client. Each project has multiple to-do lists where we track time spend one each item under to-do list. We want to get a report at our company level which will break down time spend under each project sub totaling time spend under each to-do list. Any advice on how to get this report or any tools out there?

Under the BC extras page (http://highrisehq.com/extras) in the category "Business Productivity & Reporting" you will find 3rd party tools for this purpose (including our tool youcalc).
