I just noticed you can add the name of your event before the time… * Sales Presentation 2pm – 4:30pm
This seems to work.

+1
We intend to use this for reserving conference rooms and other company assets. A start and stop time is essential.

+1 for this feature. I find myself looking at notes and wondering whether it was 1 or 2 years ago etc.

On the face of it this change seems quite trivial. Is there an obstacle to implementing this, an opposing view perhaps, or is it just low on the priority list? It would be nice to know whether this is being considered or not.

Bump….

I’d really like to find a solution for this too. We have lots of things happening which have a range, like 6pm-9pm and we really need to be able to put that in. I tried your “hack” Mark but can’t get it to work. Maybe I’m missing something fundamental here…

Agreed! Ambiguity about the year of a note is an annoyance.

Please.

It’s plain silly and unprofessional the way it is.

Me too – I’ve Backpack notes that are two or three years old now and I’ve had to start manually entering the year so I can keep track of them.

Ta!

I would like that as well. Dates aren’t critical in Backpack for me but when I need to evaluate a note having the full date is important. This should be fixed on the notes in Highrise as well which only show the full date when you open the note.

Man, the more I use backpack the more I want this feature.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking, mind mapping and planning on paper. And since I’ve done so, I cannot emphasize enough the power of being able to think and organise horizontally as well as vertically is so much more natural and flexible.

Please, please, please gimme a clean and beautiful way to think horizontally in my precious baby Backpack!

hierarchies would be great, but I’d even settle for being able to drag and drop order my pages

+1 for Tree style folders. easier to order in a per project basis, archive pages and tidy view.

Thanks

I would love it if there was an easy and visible way to do page hierarchy in backpack.

It might not be the most elegant solution, but I’ve been putting a period at the end of the time span to accomplish this. ex: “10:30am—6:30pm. Work” Seems to work well enough, but it’d be great if that weren’t necessary.

Hi, is there a way to put a start AND end time for an event on my calender, example: “10:30am-6:30pm Work” ?
