Topic: How are you using Backpack? / Well, how do you?

I am an administrative associate (read, Secretary) at a major university. I’m responsible for supporting multiple professors who have teaching, research, and clinical duties. Currently, each professor has a page and on the page is various items – to do lists for the simple stuff, notes for the more complex stuff, writeboards for the things that are going to take more than a week, or that more than one professor is working on – that way I can link one writeboard to multiple people. I’m still working out the best way to organize all the information, and setting up my procedures and systems – but the Backpack system is a great corrollary to the hardcopy system I was using just last month. Hopefully, I’ll be able to dispense with all my little file folders entirely! And the best part is that if I have a day where I have to do some work from home – no more stressing out about not having the files, between my flash drive and BackPack, everything is right at my fingertips!
