I have lost mobile phone access as well. I love the sites, we have started using a paid Basecamp account at work and I am going to have them get a Backpack account for work as well but I need mobile phone access. I may have to switch back to a regular log in for all of the accounts. Still love the site, but it would be nice to see this resolved.
