Topic: Transfer from Backpack to Highrise Another idea on this is to create a Backpack page or writeboard for each of your contacts in Highrise, and the first note you put in their Highrise entry is a link to the page/writeboard. Since Backpack’s price levels are built off the number of pages, you may have to do it via writeboards, which are unlimited. |

Topic: How do they connect together ? This functionality would be fantastic, I look forward to seeing it in the future. I’m loving Highrise as a CRM, especially the cases etc. Would be fantastic to be able to attach this functionality to a project in BaseCamp. Even simply linking (a) particular contact(s) from Highrise to a project in BaseCamp. Loving all the apps so far, I look forward to seeing the integration process progress. |

Topic: How do they connect together ? Sadly, there is very little that links them all together at this stage. Eg you can import your contacts into highrise from basecamp, but they are not “linked”... 37S is pushing in this direction however (from what I gather of their posts around here). |

Topic: upload Outlook Calendar ? There are several programs that allow you to sync Outlook with Google Calendar. (I use SyncMyCal.) From there, you can import the ical feed into Backpack. I only do it to get my Backpack Calendar on my Treo. |

Topic: Confidential informations in contact See the link below the text area where you can add a note to a contact? It’s called “Show options (files, cases, permissions)”. Click on it. There, you can choose among the choices for the “Who else can see this note?” option. The choices are “Everyone”, “Only I can”, and “Select people…”, with that last one allowing you select among the other Highrise users in the system. Regards, |

Topic: Transfer from Backpack to Highrise OpenID allows you to switch from one application to the other without logging in and out. That’s all there is. There are no interactions between 37s applications. |

Topic: Transfer from Backpack to Highrise 1. Highrise doesn’t have pages. So nope. 2. You can put a due date in your tasks just by saying “Buy milk due tomorrow,” but the software doesn’t do anything special with it. You may want to look into Basecamp if you have a lot of time-sensitive tasks. |
