I’m getting the same problem – it also means titles don’t change. it’s irritating as I use a letter code (x,o,>) etc, to indicate the status of copy in the writeboard to collaborators. Interestingly, this bug is only in the pageflow, not in the “writeboard” section, where they have the correct names and update info.

Any news on a remedy – this used to work fine.

Hi – does anyone here know how to prevent images loaded into the gallery looking “clipped” (All the sketches here on one of my public pages https://sch01ar.backpackit.com/page/1342847 have lost their heads)

I look at other published pages and they look fabulous. Am I doing something wrong, or is there an optimum size for image uploads

OK – I’ve paid for a full account and this is working now. I must confess; while I am delighted with backpack, it isn’t made clear enough that this functionality is only available if you pay. I’m not the only one to have wasted hours trying to get this to work.

Thanks for getting back, both of you. At least I know it’s not me. This is my first experience of Backpack – the very first thing I tried. How buggy is it in general? I’ve had no problems with writeboard (and I also use Mindmeister’s online mindmaps, which are rock solid)

Hi – I’ve been sending in some sample docs – txt, jpg, doc, pdf – via a couple of different email accounts to test the document uploading. Each time all I get is an “email” icon (not the “file type” icon as in the FAQ) When I click on it, all I get is a blank page with “attachement – grass.txt” or similar.

Could you please let me know if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong. Posting documents by email is the main reason I want to move up to Backpack from writeboards.
