Topic: Backpack Calendar / iCal Subscription Help

Please Help,

One of my Backpack Calendars stopped appearing in my Apple iCal calendar (I was subscribed). I logged into Backpack and reset the calendar URL and tried re-subscribing again.

Now, no matter what I do, iCal tells me there is no calendar at the new location. I’ve cleared the caches, removed cookies, logged in and out and even restarted.

Please help. This is critical info.

Thanks, Craig

Topic: Feature Requests / Calendar Syncing

Probably like many users, I both subscribe to iCal calendars in Backpack and publish iCal calendars from Backpack. It would be great to see a small logo next to the calendars that indicate which is which (like in Apple’s iCal application).

Also, I cannot find a way to force my Backpack account to update the calendars I subscribe to. It seems like it can take a very long time from when I publish changes in another application for Backpack to see the changes. We need a manual refresh button, or the option to schedule how often the calendars refresh (at least every 10-15 minutes).

Thanks for such a great product! I can’t wait until I can link it to my Basecamp site (the MOST USEFUL application ever!).
