Chemnitz- Highrise already has categories. It’s the ability to sort by it that interests me.

I’m aware of that, and I use them. But I don’t want load times slowed by sorting, nor the simplicity of Highrise ruined.

The brilliance of Highrise is its simplicity. I’d hate to see Highrise go down the route of categories, priorities, etc. Keep it simple, please – that’s how to really get things done. My $0.02.

I agree sorting (or filtering) tasks by category would be great. Then we could use this tool for GTD.

I like having the “Later” tasks there, as (for me) they are “I should do this, but there’s no deadline” type of tasks. I get to them as I have time. But if they were still displaying in the “Tasks” tab, I suppose I could live with that.
