Thanks for sharing the additional info! I’m also trying to figure out how/if it makes sense to use BP vs Highrise. No easy answers there, but it is nice of you to publicize your use of Backpack as this helps others really make the best use of the product without trying to re-invent the wheel as they say:)

Also, I was interested in hearing a bit more about how you are setting up contacts/addresses in BP. You mention they are organized by letter, but do you have a single page per contact, one page per letter with multiple contacts, or some other arrangement?
