Click the “My info” link at the top of any Backpack page, check the box underneath the time zone field that says “Use 24-hour format,” and then click “Save changes.”

Hi- I’m able to move items on the page in your screenshot without any trouble (Firefox 2.0.0.14 on OS X). It’s possible one or more of your plugins is interfering with Backpack’s JavaScript. Could you try disabling the plugins?

If that doesn’t work, please send an email to support at backpackit.com. It’s difficult to troubleshoot problems like these on the forums.

Everything’s working fine here in Firefox. Perhaps you have an extension installed that’s misbehaving?

If disabling your extensions doesn’t help, please email support@backpackit.com – it’s difficult to troubleshoot these types of problems on the forum.

You can currently receive notifications of changes to pages by subscribing to the RSS feed for individual pages (“Feed for this page” link at the bottom of a page) or for all pages (“Feed for latest activity” link at the bottom of the Newsroom).

Unfortunately we’re only able to support drag and drop in the Backpack Calendar in Firefox and Safari at this time. If you’re using Internet Explorer you’ll need to edit the event and change its date manually.

You can move items into empty lists (see a video demonstration). Try to move your mouse slowly over the empty list.
