There were some connectivity issues between Level 3 and Verio, two network providers who are “upstream” of our network that affected some customers for 10-15 minutes. These problems seem to have been resolved now, but we’re still monitoring the situation closely.

1. Click on the day for the event in the calendar.
2. Click on the title of the event to go into edit mode.
3. Click on the trashcan icon in the bottom right hand corner of the edit form.

Hi Arlene,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve investigated this issue and it looks like AOL has, rather arbitrarily, decided to block incoming email from servers that have a name that fits into a particular pattern. The Backpack email gateway is apparently included in this pattern. We’re making some changes to attempt to work around this unfortunate “feature” of AOL’s spam blocking apparatus.

Please do let us know if things aren’t working correctly in 24 hours or so.

This doesn’t work I’ve tried it. Vodaphone UK don’t seem to support this service from what I’ve read.

Can anyone else confirm this? If the Vodaphone UK service doesn’t work, I’d like to remove it to avoid confusion. Thanks.

richallum, As far as we know, it is. We send email to <number>@orange.net for Orange. If that’s not correct, please let me know.
