Todd, the account chart (in your case) is wrong. You can create up to 1,000 pages. Anyone on the old Premium plan (who is now on the home plan) can create up to 1,000 pages, instead of the 100 pages that Home subscriptions normally get. We’ll work on fixing that chart so it’s less confusing.
