Topic: Backpack Calendar / SUBSCRIBED CALENDARS: Refresh rate?

Agreed! It is actually taking several days for our calendar items to show up on Backpack. We are huge fans and use many of your tools – Basecamp, Highrise, Backpack across our company – so this will be very helpful when fixed.

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Note: trick for e-mailing to page sporadic

We’ve noticed that the “note:” trick that allows you to e-mail and post a note to a page by including “Note:” in the subject has been sporadic since the new multi-user updates were implemented.

Anyone else experiencing this?
