Correct, there’s no XML import option. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding, but what’s the advantage of changing the account owner in your case? Is the issue that you want to change your URL name so it’s not linked to you personally?

You can’t grant account ownership to another user, sorry. The only person that can be the account owner is the person who signed up, and it can’t be changed.

The querystring is what I mean by an authenticated URL. It’s the querystring that holds all the authentication data. Without it, the image won’t be accessible.

I just tested the timed expiry myself and it’s working as expected. Are you sure you waited at least 5 minutes?

This isn’t a security issue since the signature in the querystring would be impossible to guess. Even if you put the URL out in public accidentally, it would only work for 5 minutes.

Images aren’t accessible without an authenticated URL. This URL is valid for 5 minutes. You’ll see there’s a querystring appended to each asset URL that looks something like this:

AWSAccessKeyId=15F805N78898&Expires=1215708080&Signature=8Ezaw2292B6Y…

If you removed this, you’d get an access denied message.

Hi everyone. We’re no longer using the “stock” textile implementation. We’ve disabled very few features, but one of them is strikethrough text. Strikethrough can wreak havoc when you’re not expecting it, and it’s a rarely used formatting aide.

I understand that sometimes strikethrough text can be a useful signifier, but at the cost of making other hyphenation unpredictable, it doesn’t seem worth it.

Good news, axt: Backpack already supports timezones. Click on the “My Info” link at the top right of the screen to edit your user settings and you’ll see the option to set your timezone.

That’s correct. You can only edit the current day’s journal entries. Restricting editing of historical entries helps keep them honest.

Also, if the calendar you’re adding the event to isn’t shared, you won’t see multi-user reminder options. Your screenshot shows you only have one calendar, and that it isn’t shared.

It’s not available to anyone, Jed. Textile isn’t used for messages or comments in Backpack.
