Portuguese file titles are filled with UTF parsing characters

Could you have a go at fixing? I have a zillion to attach :-)

We have users with a good grasp of english however multiple days are being sprinkled all over the place because of the difference between US (9/11) dates and World (11/9) dates.

A small tweak to parsing, syntax, checkbox or inspiration would make things better for us the global market.
