Please? To me, there are only two really annoying things about Backpack—trying to move navigate and move information around a really long, always-changing page, and having to always go back and retitle lists.

Why can’t lists have the same behavior as new page creation, where you’re asked to name the page? Then pop the list item entry box under the newly titled list.

As much as I love Backpack, there are lots of free options that allow you to do exactly what you’re seeking to do … set up a public Web page with discussion space, offerings such as Google groups, Yahoo groups, etc. I think they’re much bettter options for what you’re after than Backpack would be.

Topic: Feature Requests / roll up a long note or list

This would be a great feature. I have some pages that are extremely long and I need to move things around. It gets tedious to page down while holding the click and can be difficult to gauge where to drop a long note, particularly, to make it show up in the right place.

Being able to toggle contents would allow for a much easier experience in organizing page contents, which is the only drawback to Backpack for me to date. Please try to implement it.

Yes, please. I would love to see a context menu choice that would allow me to choose the page I would like to send an item to.

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / copy has stopped working

I use some backpack entries to store text I use often. Until late last week, I guess it was, I could copy straight off the page, but I now the copy option is greyed out when I attempt to do this and have to open the note and copy the text from there. As a point of reference, I can still use the copy function on other web pages and haven’t changed or updated anything on my end.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known issue? Will it be resolved if so? Not a HUGE deal, but just a couple more steps in an what can already be a tedious part of my workflow.
