I’ve been searching high and low for a product, so I can schedule around 10 people to an event. I want to be able to see their current schedule to see if they’re available and book them to specific events.

There doesn’t seem to be much around that can do it. Backpack seems to offer the ability to see everyone’s calendar but not add lots of people to an event. Google calendar offers a clunky solution, but not ideal. Everything else seems to be extremely average offline scheduling software.

Any ideas?

Backpack doesn’t have traditional scheduling features, sorry. You can create an event other people can see, but you can’t technically “invite” them.
