I havent experimented yet, but i was wondering how the new features for creating users is different from the feature that already exists where you can share the page with any backpack it users (by providing their email).

It’s much easier and more integrated.

Does this mean that, unlike the old system for sharing, you are now limited to how many people you can share a page with depending on your account level?

It appears that the old sharing between accounts is still available. The limit is only on users under your account.

Could I add a follow up question?
I know how to share a page, but how do I create a 2nd(3rd, 4th, etc, dependent on account type) user? I presume it doesn’t mean I give them my login and password, does it?

frankathl: To add users to your account click the “Users” link in the top right corner.

Thank you. I have a Solo account at the moment, so won’t be seeing that, although I can still share pages, of course. Do users have different access rights to sharers?

frankathl, ah ok. Yeah, Solo is single user. If you upgrade to a multiuser account you can invite more people.

Users can share the calendar and reminders as well. Plus everything is a bit more integrated since you are all using the same account. One URL, etc.
