backpack is down

As of 1:24PM EST backpack’s not responding, just giving 503 errors. I can’t get into BP to use the help link so hopefully an admin will be reading the forums…..

There were some connectivity issues between Level 3 and Verio, two network providers who are “upstream” of our network that affected some customers for 10-15 minutes. These problems seem to have been resolved now, but we’re still monitoring the situation closely.
