Can't move list items into an empty list

I noticed that you can’t take an item from a list and drop it into another list that does not currently have any items. I tried several times. I had to add an item, then it worked. Bug?

I noticed this too: here

You can move items into empty lists (see a video demonstration). Try to move your mouse slowly over the empty list.

I gave it my best try but it does not work for me, at least not on any WebKit browsers (Safari 3, OmniWeb). As you can see, no matter how slowly I move the item, a space never opens up. Is this a Mozilla-only trick?

It does work if you do as posted by Sam, that is, you move the last item in a list to another and then move one item to this now empty list. But if you make a list empty, reload the page and try to move an item to the empty list, it does not work.

I nth this bug report…I can’t create a brand new list and drag existing list items to it.

I can confirm this bug on FIrefox 2.0, OS X.

Ditto. Tried on Firefox 2 on OS X as well. No joy.

Same for me.
And when I check the last item of a to-do list, I cannot drag the to-do list anymore.
Example :
1/ I have a to do list
2/ I check the last item in this to-do list
3/ I want to drag and drop the list at the bottom of the page
4/ it does not work.

If I refresh the page, it works.

I initially thought it was a bug on Safari (3) too, but I now see that if I drag the mouse slowly it works fine. Sorry about Firefox.
