This may be a super simple tip that everyone knows about but…

One of my biggest issues when sending email to Backpack was that I got the email icon but the only way to access the text was to double click the icon. Not the most convenient was and certainly not good when wanting to see what is in the email quickly.

By simply changing the subject line from “Fwd:kjkjkjkjkj” to “Note:kjkjkjkjkj”

the body of the text now appears as a not rather than hidden behind the icon.

As I wrote, this may be something everyone else knows but I was happy to discover a way to remedy one of my biggest pet peeves about backpack.

That’s how it’s meant to work.
